Alaska Window Rebates
Residential Energy Rebate Program for New Construction – Provides rebates to Alaska homeowners (regardless of income) who build or purchase a 5 Star Plus ($7,000 rebate) or 6 Star home ($10,000 rebate).
Residential Energy Rebate Program – Alaska homeowners can make their own energy efficiency improvements and receive a rebate. The program requires a home energy rater to evaluate homes before and after the improvements. Commercial Rebate Program – Re-glazing or replacement windows must comply with IECC 2009. Window film must meet ENERGY STAR criteria and placed on east, south, and west facades.
Colorado Energy Office Residential Weatherization Program –Weatherization assistance is available for weatherstripping windows and doors, and for storm windows and doors.
Colorado Springs Utilities Commercial Rebate Program – Rebate of $1.40/sf for ENERGY STAR windows. Total cannot exceed $17,500.
Efficiency Works (Estes Park Light & Power Fort Collins Utilities, Longmont Power & Communications, Loveland Water and Power) Residential Rebate Program – Up to $750 for replacement ENERGY STAR windows in gas-heated homes and up to $1000 for replacement ENERGY STAR windows in electric-heated homes. Holy Cross Energy Residential Rebate Program – $2/sf (up to $600) to replace existing windows with windows with a U-factor of 0.28 or less. Windows must be installed by a licensed contractor. Windows and sliding glass doors must be NFRC labeled and certified.
City of Loveland Residential Rebate Program – Participants who meet the eligibility and measure requirements for Home Energy Audit Program (HEAP) may qualify for a rebate. Single pane, clear windows or sliding glass doors with metal frames must be replaced with ENERGY STAR windows for the northern zone with a low-maintenance exterior finish. The rebate ranges from $2.50/sf (max $750) to 3.75/sf (max $1000) depending on the HVAC system.

Montana Department of Revenue Residential Incentive Program – The Department of Revenue encourages citizens to weatherize their homes and take advantage of the Energy Conservation Installation Credit when individual income tax returns are filed. Exterior windows and skylights with a U-factor of 0.30 or less. Storm windows with a U-factor of 0.30 or less when measured in combination with the exterior window over which it is installed. Exterior doors with a U-factor of 0.30 or less. Storm doors with a U-factor of 0.30 less when measured in combination with the exterior door over which it is installed.
