Residential Energy Rebate Program for New Construction – Provides rebates to Alaska homeowners (regardless of income) who build or purchase a 5 Star Plus ($7,000 rebate) or 6 Star home ($10,000 rebate).

Residential Energy Rebate Program – Alaska homeowners can make their own energy efficiency improvements and receive a rebate. The program requires a home energy rater to evaluate homes before and after the improvements. Rebates are dependent on the relative amount of efficiency gained and the actual cost of improvements, when the eligible improvements are selected by the homeowner from the energy rating’s improvement options list. Rebates up to $10,000. The program provides a $7,500 rebate for qualified new, 5- Star Plus homes.

Southwest Gas Residential Rebate Program – $1/sf up to 75% of cost for ENERGY STAR windows. Requires natural gas-fueled space heating.

Tucson Electric Power Commercial Incentive Program – EasySave Plus program provides incentives for shades screens and window films.

UniSource Energy Services Commercial Incentive Program – EasySave program provides incentives for window shades screens and window films.

Windows purchased from participating Arizona Window Companies may be eligible for a higher rebate amount.

Empire District Residential Weatherization Program – This program is offered by Arkansas’ seven investor-owned energy utilities to residential customers residing in severely energy inefficient homes and includes reduction of air infiltration around windows, window replacement and storm windows.

Southwestern Electric Power Company Residential Home Improvement Rebate Program – Replacement window rebates of $1.60/sf of window for ENERGY STAR windows. Existing windows must clear glass. Rebate of $0.40/sf of window film for ENERGY STAR window film. Film must be installed over single or double clear glass and must be located on the east and west elevation. Film must have a SHGC of 0.50 or less.

City of Aspen Residential Rebate Program – Replacement window rebates of 25% of project cost, up to $500 for windows with a U-factor of 0.28 or less, skylights with a U-factor of 0.55 or less, and patio doors with a U-factor of 0.28 or less. Heating and cooling system must be all electric.

Commercial Rebate Program – Re-glazing or replacement windows must comply with IECC 2009. Window film must meet ENERGY STAR criteria and placed on east, south, and west facades.

Colorado Energy Office Residential Weatherization Program –Weatherization assistance is available for weatherstripping windows and doors, and for storm windows and doors.

Efficiency Works Commercial Rebate Program – $3/sf for windows with a U-factor of 0.30 or less and a SHGC of 0.25 or less or $6/sf for windows with a U-factor of 0.18 or less and a SHGC of 0.22 or less. $1.50/sf for window film with SHGC of 0.35 or less.

Energy Smart Colorado (Eagle County, Gunnison County, Lake County, Summit County, Roaring Fork Valley, Yampa Valley) Rebate Program – Rebate of up to $500 for windows with a U-factor of 0.28 or less.

City of Fort Collins Commercial Electric Incentive Program – Cash incentives are provided for upgrades that reduce electric demand and energy use, including windows.

Holy Cross Energy Residential Rebate Program – $2/sf (up to $600) to replace existing windows with windows with a U-factor of 0.28 or less. Windows must be installed by a licensed contractor. Windows and sliding glass doors must be NFRC labeled and certified.

City of Loveland Residential Rebate Program – Participants who meet the eligibility and measure requirements for Home Energy Audit Program (HEAP) may qualify for a rebate. Single pane, clear windows or sliding glass doors with metal frames must be replaced with ENERGY STAR windows for the northern zone with a low-maintenance exterior finish. The rebate ranges from $2.50/sf (max $750) to 3.75/sf (max $1000) depending on the HVAC system.

Eversource and United Illuminating (UI) are offering up to a $100 rebate per window for each window replaced with an ENERGY STAR certified triple-pane window. $50 rebates per window are available for those upgrading from a single pane window to double pane window.

Beaches Energy Services Residential Rebate Program – Replacement window rebates of up to $100 for the installation of window film or solar screens with a shading coefficient of 0.50 or less.

Residential Energy Smart Rebate Program – $0.44/sf rebate for window film with a SHGC of 0.45 or less. $0.44/sf rebate for solar window shade screens.

Duke Energy Window Rebate – Residential Rebate Program – High-performance replacement windows $2/sf (up to $400) on east-, west- and south-facing windows. Windows must have a solar heat gain coefficient less than or equal to 0.25 and a U-factor less than or equal to 0.35. Home must have whole-house electric heating and cooling.

Florida Power & Light (FPL Programs and Incentives) Residential Incentive Program – BuildSmart® energy-efficient certification program includes using high performance windows.

Gulf Power Residential Rebate Program – Rebate of $0.50/sf for the installation of ENERGY STAR windows that meet the southern zone requirements and must be NFRC certified.

JEA (Jacksonville) Commercial Incentive and Rebate Program – Install reflective window film to reduce solar gain with a SHGC of 0.39 or less.

City of Longwood Rebate and Incentive Program – Longwood Raising Energy Efficiency Program (REEP) provides rebates up to $500 a year per owner-occupied residence to homeowners who utilize contractors, suppliers, or other businesses located within the city limits of Longwood to make energy efficient improvements. Maryland Energy Administration Commercial Grant Program – Competitive grants for deep energy retrofits that significantly reduce facility electricity consumption.

Montana Department of Revenue Residential Incentive Program – The Department of Revenue encourages citizens to weatherize their homes and take advantage of the Energy Conservation Installation Credit when individual income tax returns are filed. Exterior windows and skylights with a U-factor of 0.30 or less. Storm windows with a U-factor of 0.30 or less when measured in combination with the exterior window over which it is installed. Exterior doors with a U-factor of 0.30 or less. Storm doors with a U-factor of 0.30 less when measured in combination with the exterior door over which it is installed. Values to exceed the current International Energy Conservation Code with Montana amendments as adopted by the Montana Department of Labor and Industry are eligible for the credit.
